6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery estimates are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise. Actual delivery times may vary due to the destination, carrier operations, customs procedures, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We currently focus primarily on customers in Europe but may also accept orders from other countries where delivery is available.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs arising from an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged where legally permitted.

Any statutory delivery rights, including rights relating to late delivery, non-delivery, cancellation, and refunds, remain unaffected by this section.
Unless applicable law provides otherwise, the risk of loss of or damage to the products passes to the customer when the customer, or a third party designated by the customer other than the carrier, physically receives the products. Different rules may apply where the customer independently commissions a carrier not offered by us.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or another jurisdiction that provides a statutory withdrawal right, you may be entitled to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within the applicable statutory period.

You must send your withdrawal notice before the applicable withdrawal period expires.

You may handle and inspect the goods to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. You may be liable for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for such inspection, where permitted by law.
If you validly withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse payments received from you, including the cost of standard outbound delivery where required by law. Additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method may be excluded where permitted by law.
